I wake up every morning with the full intentions of working out but it seems as if I always lose track of my time on the days I work after noon and never get it done. Although I do get my hooping in. It’s just Funny to me that once I’m finally read to I to the gym I look at the time and I have a hour till work and 30 mins of that involves me showering and what not to get ready. I guess I’ll just have to work out in Saturday (at least I hope I do) maybe I will get a hike in or something fun like that. Also it’s not that this happens often only when I pick up shifts from work like to day where I work 2:30 to 9:30. I guess it just throws me off my routine this is what I get for being OCD.
